KATE MIDDLETON SUES MAGAZINE Over Topless Pics

Kate Middleton and Prince William are suing the French magazine that published topless photos of the future Queen of England.

A representative for St. James Palace released a statement today (Friday) saying, “Legal proceedings for the breach of privacy have been commenced today in France.” The French publication Closer published photos earlier today of Middleton sunbathing topless while on vacation with Prince William.

Closer editor Laurence Pieau is calling the media hypocritical for criticizing her decision to run the photos.
