THE PRICE IS RIGHT: Carey Denies That Bob Barker Was Snubbed

Drew Carey denies that The Price Is Right snubbed Bob Barker when the game show celebrated its 40th anniversary on CBS.

The current host of the series tells TMZ, “It wasn’t because of animosity or anything like that… Nobody has anything against him.” He says Barker was “misinformed” if he thought his stance about prizes to places considered abusive of animals was a factor. The current emcee says the prime-time special “was a salute to contestants… Everybody loves Bob Barker.”
