NFL players more likely to get Alzheimer’s

According to a new study, professional football players are four times more likely to get Alzheimer’s disease and Lou Gehrig’s disease than the general population.

 

And, the average age of the players who died was age 57.

 

That’s an amazing discovery. Four times more likely? And, kicking the bucket at age 57?

 

Knowing this, it definitely takes some guts these days to buckle up that chinstrap.
