Oversleeping Can Actually Be A Bad Thing For Your Health

There’s been a lot of talk lately about how not getting enough sleep causes all sorts of problems like stress, obesity, drowsiness and even early death.

 

But, scientists have found that there are actually some serious side effects from getting too much sleep:

 

Increase in risk of developing diabetes

Higher chance of becoming obese

Back pain

Headaches

Depression

Increased risk of heart disease

Alzheimer’s

Premature death

Several studies show that people who sleep more than eight hours a day have a 30 percent higher death rate than those who only sleep seven to eight hours a day.
