According to a new study, watching porn before working out improves men’s weightlifting performance.
Researchers found that the porn boosted testosterone levels – causing guys to lift more weight.
Of course, it’s important to note that you should watch porn BEFORE lifting weights – and not during your workout. Being distracted by porn while throwing heavy weight around could be disastrous.
