Regular Jogging Shows Dramatic Increase in Life Expectancy

According to a new study, jogging on a regular basis increases the life expectancy of guys by 6.2 years.

 

Six years! That’s amazingly good news.

 

Of course, the bad news is that you’ll have to spend some of those six years … you know … jogging. Which, isn’t such good news.
