73% of Men Like Women in Make-Up at All Times

According to a new survey, 73% of men say women look best in make-up at EVERY occasion . . . 21% like a woman in make-up for big events and occasions . . . and only 6% say they like the natural look.

Men voted a “smoky eye” look as the sexiest use of make-up. Red lipstick came in second.
