DIRTY MOVIES: Ben & Jerry’s Sues Porn Producer

Ben & Jerry’s has sued the maker of “Ben & Cherry’s” X-rated DVDs, saying the movies are tarnishing the ice cream maker’s reputation.

The problem is that the porn titles are based on well-known Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors – and even the packaging contains familiar graphics like the grazing cow, green grass and large white puffy clouds.

Some of the X-rated titles include Boston Cream Thigh, New York Fat & Chunky and Peanut Butter D-Cup.

Of course, Ben & Jerry’s has ice cream flavors titled: “Boston Cream Pie,” ”New York Super Fudge Chunk” and “Peanut Butter Cup.”
