GM recalling over 400,000 Chevy Cruzes

GM is recalling more than 400,000 Chevy Cruze small cars built between September 2010 and May 2012. An engine shield can cause a fire if oil from an oil change or transmission fluid from a worn clutch leaks onto it. If you own a Cruze, you should make an appointment at your local dealer “at your earliest convenience” for a 30-minute repair to modify the shield.
