Only 19 Percent of Workers Take Regular Lunch Breaks

According to a new survey, only 19 percent of workers step away from their desks and take regular lunch breaks.
That means more than 80 percent of workers are either eating at their desks or skipping lunch altogether.
A spokesman for the survey sponsor Right Management said the results are a warning sign that North American workers are under “relentless stress.”
