WILLIAM SHATNER Sued for Allegedly Harassing the Help

William Shatner is being sued by two of his former employees who claim he “harassed and berated” them because they refused to sign a waiver after one of them got injured on the job.

Oscar Alfaro and his wife Delmy claim they both worked for the Star Trek star for 20 years. In the suit, filed today, Oscar says he got hurt while working at the actor’s L.A. home. Shatner wanted him to sign a document to release him from financial responsibility, but Oscar refused. That’s when the actor and his wife allegedly began to harass their help, forcing them to quit.

The two claim they suffered humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish in addition to the loss of earnings. They’re suing for unspecified damages.
