GEORGE ZIMMERMAN: His Wife Gets Hit With Perjury Charges

George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain charged with murdering unarmed teen Trayvon Martin, isn’t the only one in his family in trouble with the law. Yesterday, Zimmerman’s wife Shellie was accused of lying when she told a judge that the couple had limited funds, resulting in Zimmerman being released on $150,000 bond.

Yesterday, 25-year-old Shellie Zimmerman was released on $1,000 bond. She’s charged with a third-degree felony and could end up in prison for five years with a $5,000 fine.

Her husband’s bond was recently revoked and he was ordered back to the Seminole County Jail.
