NEEDLE IN A SANDWICH: Found on Air Canada Flight

Another needle has been found in a sandwich served on an airliner. This time it was an Air Canada plane on Monday. An airline spokesman said late Tuesday that they were “working closely with our caterers to ensure heightened security measures have been put in place.”

In July, needles were found in six sandwiches on Delta Air Lines flights departing Amsterdam for Minneapolis, Seattle and Atlanta.
