NYPD officer arrested by FBI over failed plot to kidnap women and cook them

A New York City cop was charged by the FBI Thursday in a plot to kidnap, torture, cook and eat dozens of women.

The alleged cannibal cop, 28-year-old Gilberto Valle, was arrested after Internet messages were discovered that detailed his horrific plans. The FBI and the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau were notified by Valle’s estranged wife.

During one Internet chat session, Valle allegedly wrote, “I was thinking of tying her body on to some kind of apparatus, cook her over a low heat, keep her alive for as long as possible.”
