Campaign enters final stretch as Obama takes final debate

President Obama and his Republican challenger Mitt Romney squared off in the third and final presidential debate on Monday night that focused on foreign policy.

As usual, the question of who won the debate likely depends on which candidate you support, but a CBS insta-poll of uncommitted voters had 53 percent thinking Obama won while 23 percent gave it to Romney. The remaining 24 percent of the poll of 521 people were undecided.

During the debate — moderated by Bob Schieffer at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida — Romney attempted to make Obama’s foreign policy look weak, but often agreed with the president or repeated a similar strategy that’s already being employed by the Obama administration. When Romney questioned some of Obama’s moves, the president often provided a reality check, schooling the Republican nominee on the realities of the situation.
