One in Three People Change the Channel When a Political Ad Comes on

Politicians are busy raising money right now . . . so they can BOMBARD us with campaign ads as Election Day gets closer.
But a new survey by a marketing agency called MGH found that they might not be getting their money’s worth. That’s because one in three people say that they TURN the channel as soon as a political commercial comes on.
And if the ad is a negative one, they’re even less likely to watch. 47% of people change the channel or mute the TV when a negative ad is on.
Voters under age 25 are even more likely to avoid political ads. 39% of them change the channel when they see campaign commercials . . . and 45% change the channel when political NEWS coverage comes on.
