Texas judge warns of possible ‘civil war’ if President Obama is re-elected

A judge in Lubbock, Texas wants to raise taxes there to hire extra sheriff’s deputies, which he says would be needed if President Obama is re-elected for a possible civil war.
Judge Tom Head made the claim on a local TV news show earlier in the week, but now it’s gone viral. During the interview, Head claimed that he’s already discussed such a scenario with the town’s sheriff, but Sheriff Kelly Rowe told a Lubbock newspaper reporter that no such discussion has ever taken place.
Today (Wednesday), Head tried to clarify his remarks in an interview with the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, claiming his original comments were taken out of context. He still maintained that as his county’s emergency director he has to prepare for a “worst case scenario” if Obama is re-elected and Democrats regain control of the Senate.
