September 28, 2012 - 4:47 pm | Category: Tech
Apple’s CEO has apologized for the flawed maps that came with the iPhone 5.
Timothy Cook took to the company’s website to address user frustration, writing, “We are doing everything we can to make Maps better.” He even acknowledged that iPhone5 users can download apps from rivals such as MapQuest and Bing, or link to the websites of Google or Nokia.
With the company’s hard-earned reputation for quality now questioned, Cook closed with the promise, “We will keep working non-stop until Maps lives up to the same incredibly high standard.”
