Ex-worker suing real estate boss for $5 million for abuse, fines, and urinating

A lot of us get pissed off at our bosses, but one New York City real estate broker had a very different experience with his boss – who turned the tables by actually peeing on one employee.

Albert Sultan is suing his former boss, Jack Terzi, over a pattern of abusive behavior, including using four-letter words, sneezing and coughing on him and fining him $1,000 for not showing up for work on a Sunday – a day that he wasn’t being paid to work in the first place. The last straw, Sultan says, was when Terzi urinated on his jacket in plain view of other employees and then mocked him over it.

A New York judge will hear the case next week, and if he rules in Sultan’s favor, a cool five million bucks could be changing hands.
