Around 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, the police went to 47-year-old David Charles Baker’s house in East Millcreek, Utah . . . after Baker had allegedly threatened to blow up his friend’s house.

When they got there, Baker was holding a shotgun and told the cops not to come any closer, because his yard was rigged with gas canisters, propane tanks, and trip wires . . . and set to EXPLODE.

The police evacuated the neighborhood and kept a safe distance. After about four hours, they sent a SWAT tactical vehicle in. It broke down the front door of Baker’s home without setting off explosives, and he ran out the back door.

When he did, the cops saw he was wearing a BLACK, SEQUINED MINI DRESS that had ORANGE AND PINK FUR TRIM.

They arrested him. While they cuffed him he jumped and danced around in his dress. All of the bombs in his yard were disabled and he was taken in for a mental evaluation.
