Moviegoer shoots himself in buttocks, apologizes, leaves theater

On Tuesday night in Sparks, Nevada, a 56-year-old man went to see “The Bourne Legacy” . . . and took his handgun with him. He DOES have a concealed weapons permit, so it was legal.

During the movie, he was adjusting himself in his seat when his gun fell to the floor, went off . . . and SHOT HIM IN THE BUTTOCKS.

Thankfully no one else was injured . . . and somehow, the other people in the theater didn’t panic. The man got up, apologized to everyone around him, and left for the hospital.

Police tracked him down there, and the city attorney’s office is still deciding whether to file charges.
