ANTI-AMERICAN PROTESTS: Embassy Compound in Yemen Targeted

A third US Embassy has been targeted by anti-American protestors. This morning, an angry mob in Yemen stormed the US compound. The crowd chanted in unison “Death to America”.
They tore down the American flag and set it ablaze.

Reuters quotes a witness who said “We can see a fire inside the compound and security forces are firing in the air. The demonstrators are fleeing and then charging back.”

Following the attacks in Egypt and Libya, President Barack Obama requested additional security protection for all the US embassies as a wave of Anti-Americanism is cresting in the Middle-East and North Africa. War ships are headed toward the region.
